LIV Sotheby's Campaign Video

LIV Sotheby's International Realty came to us with a fully developed brand philosophy and a clear vision: bring it to life on screen.


The Blueprint is their articulation of what drives great outcomes in luxury real estate, the idea that behind every success is a deliberate plan, and behind every plan, a person.


Our job was to translate that vision into a film worthy of its premiere moment: a full company kick-off in March 2026, with every advisor and staff member in the room.

My Role

Creative direction and production. Working from the client's concept and voiceover script, my team led the full visual development of the film, including motion design and animated sequences, and post-production from assembly through final delivery.

Voiceover was generated using ElevenLabs' Voice Design feature, a custom synthetic voice built specifically for this project.

Concept 1

Outfitted by Medicaid


Inspired by fashion catalogs, this concept showcased the breadth of essential items Medicaid covers – from inhalers to wheelchairs to therapy sessions. We wanted to make abstract policy feel personal and attention-grabbing.

Concept 2

Mama Bear AI Video

Capitalizing on the viral AI yeti/bigfoot vlog trend, I leveraged multiple AI tools - Veo 3 and KlingAI for video generation, ElevenLabs for voice over - to create 'Mama Bear' in under 24 hours.

By putting a bear in the viral vlogger format people were obsessed with, we were able to deliver policy messaging through humor and cultural relevance.
